What this website is

This site is informational and promotional: it describes Applefy’s services, shows past work, and lets you request a call through the booking form. It is not a store, it does not process payments, and submitting the booking form is a request for a conversation, not an order or a binding commitment on either side.

Client engagements are separate

If a call leads to a project, the actual work — scope, price, timeline, deliverables, ownership, and everything else that matters commercially — is set out in its own written agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or contract) signed separately from this website. These Terms of Service do not create, amend, or substitute for that agreement. Where the two conflict for a given engagement, the signed agreement governs.

Using the booking form

You agree to give accurate information in the booking form and to use it for genuine enquiries about Applefy’s services. We may decline a booking request, cancel a scheduled call, or decide not to proceed with a project at our discretion, including before any call takes place.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, design, case-study write-ups, and the Applefy name and logo — belongs to Applefy LLC or the clients credited in individual case studies, and is shown here to describe our work, not licensed to you for reuse. You may read, link to, and share pages from this site normally; you may not copy the site’s content, design, or code to build another site or publication.

Case studies describe work Applefy has delivered for named clients with their knowledge. Those clients retain ownership of their own products, brands, and data; nothing here grants you rights to them.

No warranty on this website

This site is provided "as is." We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every figure on it (timelines, pricing ranges, case-study outcomes) will match what applies to your specific project — pricing and scope are always confirmed directly with you before any engagement begins.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Applefy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it has no effect on the liability terms of a separate signed client agreement, which govern that engagement on their own terms.

This site links to third parties we do not control — client websites, Upwork, Clutch, Behance, LinkedIn, and similar. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, reflecting where Applefy LLC is incorporated. This does not remove any protection you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer or data-protection law of the country you live in.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page as the site or how we operate it changes. The date at the top always reflects the last real change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
