AI Factory is our own AI-governed development system: every build still runs through the same six-stage process (discovery, design, development, QA, launch, support), using private, NDA-bound models instead of public AI tools, with non-technical stakeholders able to review and approve work directly. The lifetime warranty covers defects in what we deliver — if something we built stops matching the agreed specification, we fix it at no extra charge for as long as the product is in use.
No-code platforms ($25–$500/mo) are fast but very limited and unscalable. Custom development ($20K–$250K+) costs more but gives you native performance, full code / IP ownership, scalability from day one, and long-term maintainability. When no-code hits its limits, rebuilding costs 2–5x more than starting custom.
Native (Swift/Kotlin) offers superior performance, Premium UX, and full device access — ideal for serious apps. Cross-platform (React Native/Flutter) is 30–40% faster to build and cheaper, but has limitations. Use native for high-quality, scalable apps; cross-platform for startups or simpler projects.
Simple: $20K–$40K (3–6 weeks). Medium: $40K–$100K (2–4 months). High: $100K–$250K+ (4–8 months). Includes strategy, design, development, QA, deployment & support. Top cost killers: unclear scope, scope creep, poor QA, and bad architecture.
Technical debt = shortcuts that cost you later: skipped QA, no architecture, no documentation. A rushed MVP might save a few weeks — but costs 3x to fix later. We prevent debt through thorough planning, rigorous testing, and clean code standards.
Good fit: serious scaling, quality over speed, long-term partnership (6–18 months), regulated industries. Not a fit: a simple idea on a $4K budget, looking for the cheapest option, or expecting 24/7 offshore support.
A 1-second delay reduces conversions by 7%, and a confusing flow kills sales. Premium UX includes user research, instant performance, accessibility, platform alignment, and smooth animations. The difference between a $50K and a $200K app is often UX — not features.
