An MVP built once, not rebuilt twice

We scope, design, and build minimum viable products for web, iOS, and Android to a fixed price and a fixed feature set — engineered by a senior team, not handed to whoever is free on an outsourced bench.

Why founders build their MVP here

An MVP fails for one of two reasons: it never ships, because scope keeps drifting, or it ships and can’t be built on, because it was never meant to last. We fix both by scoping tightly up front and engineering for what comes after launch.

01

A fixed scope, not an open clock

We cut the feature set to what proves the idea before a single screen is designed, and price and timeline against that cut — not an hourly engagement that grows with every call.

02

A senior, Western-European-hours team

30+ specialists, led from our Valencia HQ with engineering distributed across Ukraine — the same working hours as a European founder, so a question gets answered same-day, not the next morning.

03

A small, real, delivered portfolio

BitCoinPay Trade, Kiolfast, Gutfit, Walkable, Mellow — five shipped products we can walk you through in detail, not a client roster too large for any one of them to get real attention.

04

One team, idea to app store

Product scoping, UX/UI design, and engineering under one roof, so the handoffs that usually stall an MVP between a design agency and a dev shop don’t happen here.

What we deliver

01

Idea Scoping & Validation

We pressure-test the core idea, define what success looks like, and cut the feature list down to the smallest version that actually tests it — before any design or engineering work starts.

02

Product & UX/UI Design

Wireframes and interactive prototypes for the real flow a first user goes through, validated before a line of production code depends on them.

03

MVP Engineering

A typed, tested build on the platform the idea actually needs — web, iOS, Android, or a combination — with the backend and data model to match, built to extend rather than thrown away after launch.

04

Launch & Handoff

App Store, Google Play, or production web release, with a documented, runnable codebase you own outright — plus an optional retainer if you want us to keep building after it ships.

Faqs

Common questions about MVP development

The smallest version of your product that puts the core idea in front of real users — one platform or several, one or two flows that matter, nothing speculative bolted on. We help you cut the scope down to that during the first calls, rather than take whatever feature list arrives and price it whole.

The same ladder as any Applefy project: $20K-$40K for simple projects (3-6 weeks), $40K-$100K for mid-complexity (2-4 months), $100K-$250K+ for complex projects (4-8 months). Most first MVPs land in the first tier — a single platform, a handful of core flows, no heavy backend. More platforms, integrations, or a real-time backend move it into the next tier.

Yes, but that is a distinct offering, not the default here: see /ai-assisted-mvps-with-claude for the Claude-specific track, where AI-assisted development is the method rather than one tool among several. This page is the general path — platform-agnostic, team-led, with AI tooling used where it helps rather than built around it. For the record, Applefy is not an Anthropic partner; Claude is a tool our engineers use, not a certification we hold.

Those are real, much larger firms, and we are not going to claim we out-price them. What we offer instead is a fixed scope agreed up front, a senior team in your working hours rather than a rotating bench, and a small portfolio of five products we actually delivered, which we can walk you through project by project rather than pointing at a logo wall.

Both, when the product needs it. Kiolfast is the clearest example: we built it end to end — iOS, Android, and the backend API both clients run on — through to its February 2026 launch, one team owning the full stack rather than a frontend vendor and a backend vendor negotiating an API contract between them.

You own the codebase, the repository, and the IP outright from day one — documented and handed off cleanly if you want to bring it in-house. If you want us to keep going, we offer ongoing retainers for iteration, new features, and scaling the product past its first users.
